Rooter -Matic Sewer Drain and Septic

Excellent service by Nathan! Knowledgeable, considerate, conscientious, pleasant, and professional. Additionally, when he arrived, he told me that he had a migraine headache, and I could see his pain. During the appointment he did not become cranky or short with me because of his migraine....and I asked a lot of questions. He was conscious of a potential mess when scoping and cleaning drains and took measures to minimize drips and spillage. When I asked him to wipe his feet before entering my home after he had walked in the snow, there was NO push back...he obliged willingly. He answered all my questions thoroughly and intelligently. I would highly recommend Nathan from Rooter-Matic.

Above and beyond happy with services provided. We had two other companies out for our backed up sewer line. One never followed through or came back, the other pretty much gave up and quoted us work in the THOUSANDS of dollars range. Nathan was fantastic and determined to get the problem taken care of - which he succeeded at. He is great at explaining the how's and why's for issues with our home and how we should maintain our lines from now on.

Such quick turn around when our basement backed up! When other companies told us we would have to wait 1-2 days before they could assist Rooter-Matic responded and had someone at our door in an hour! As a family with 7 kids and multiple others in and out we were beyond grateful for the quick response and fix! They assessed, fixed and cleaned up their mess seamlessly! Thank you Rooter-Matic!

Nathan came to fix our plumbing issue with our shower. We had a few plumbers check it out prior to him and no one was able to fix it, our shower was not draining. He was confident that he would fix it and sure enough. He fixed it promptly and resolved the route of the issue. Highly recommend!!

**Update** I'd like to address two issues with your response to my concerns. 1. The issues wasn't resolved before you had a technician out to my aunts home because I was on the phone while I wrote my initial review while she was explaining to me what was going on. She uses oxygen and cannot breathe. If the technician would have addressed the leak while he was out for the complaint, she wouldn't of been cleaning up water bent over. You should of done this at no charge since your technician didn't address the issue. 2. My original review?? That was my original review! I've never given your company a 5 star review.
