I have no problem with the electrical wiring, bus transfer and generator work. The installation looks professional. My issues are with the natural gas supply. Arc Electric / Wire Guys provided a 'qualified' person to do the connections for the gas supply. Neither the gas person or Arc Electric did their homework to see if my gas supply was adequate for running both my furnace and new generator simultaneously. Neither of them contacted UGI for this information. I made the assumption that since they are all professionals that this would have been done prior to the generator installation. It was not. I was also told on the day of installation that I had to pay for the entire job before the generator installation could begin. Since I already paid a $1000 down payment to get the job scheduled a

Called this week with a problem with our electrical (baseboard short turned out) and called and came the next day. Very quick and painless! Highly recommended!
