The team at Arctic did a great job figuring out the our furnace issue, ordered the parts needed and made the necessary repairs. When they were finished they also cleaned up the basement. Love these guys!

Update: Yes, I understand there is a travel fee. I am not complaining about that charge. I am complaining about the service tech labor charge. They are here for 1 hour (or less but I understand I am to be charged 1 hr) but I get charged for 2 hrs or more. For 2 years, I have been overcharged for the time to do a yearly maintenance check. After arguing with them each time, I was given the correct labor time of 1 hour. The office staff was rude even when I said I have recordings of them coming and going. I had cameras to prove when they came & left otherwise I'm sure I would have had to pay the extra charge. I can't imagine how any other people have been overcharged on labor and don't realize it. The guys who have come out are nice & friendly but to be overcharged for the labor is crazy. So

My husband called and had them come take a look at replacing our hvac. They came, gave us an estimate and a 2 week estimate. I hadn’t heard anything from anyone at 2.5 weeks so I gave them a call. They states it’s going to be a couple more weeks. I find out that they then emailed my husband saying the factory is using a new system and hasn’t given them any updates on when the parts would be ready. We wait 4 more weeks with no communication from arctic. I call again and ask about getting my deposit back. I am told that I’m not the only one dealing with this issue and that they can try to use a different brand for the parts. I am not sure why this option wasn’t brought to us prior. I called a different company and he came to look at it within the week and had it changed the following day for

I dealt with a difficult and recurring furnace situation this winter. Arctic Refrigeration came out several times to attempt to fix the issue. Every time, they were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and ultimately fixed the complicated problem. They did right by me when it would have been easy to take advantage of my lemon furnace. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had Arctic install AC in our home. Their service people were very professional, prompt and efficient. The price was excellent and they did not try to upsell us on any equipment. Same great experience with a service call when we thought there was an issue with our system- there was no issue but they did a very thorough check which set our minds at ease.
