Wills Carpet One Floor & Home

We had an amazing experience with Wills Carpet One from start to finish. We needed to have numerous improvements made to our basement. They worked with us and our plumber to update the flooring in our finished and unfinished basement, bathroom and walk-in shower. They removed several old types of flooring, leveled the floors and laid new vinyl flooring and re-tiled the shower.floor. It is now amazing. Improved our downstairs 500%. Every staff member was extremely helpful including the showroom professionals, Brian, and the two highly skilled installers. We will absolutely be working with them when we update our upstairs bathroom and master bedroom.

Everyone at Will's is so knowledgeable, helpful & efficient! They figured out the type of floor best suited for my home, showed up when scheduled for the estimate & installation. Justin, who gave me the estimate, was so easy to work with. He answered all of my questions & itemized each step of the job so I was able to save money by doing some of the prep work myself. The installers came on time and did a great job! Hardworking guys & professional. The price was very reasonable and fair. I'm so glad I hired them!

We recently had stairway carpeting installed by Ken's. David the installer was friendly and efficient, cleaned up the area and did excellent work. Mat and the ladies in the office were very helpful!

Wills customer service and product is exceptional. They assisted us in matching the exact tiles needed to replace old/broken tiles and installed flooring for the front half of our storefront.
