Brett was very polite and efficient. He determined the necessary repair within a few minutes. When I asked about the cost, Brett showed me the price of the parts to fix this unit. He suggested purchasing a new laundry center rather than repair this one from 2014! Thank you Brett!

Patrick was polite & explained the problem. He was knowledgeable & I give him 5 stars. Unfortunately we declined the repair based on estimate cost. It was almost 650 dollars to replace 6 hour thermostat on the fridge. The part was not in stock so refrigerator could not be fixed on same day. Price & availability of part doesn’t reflect on Patrick. We paid 150 for the service call. We did get an earlier than scheduled appointment

Technician's name I did not catch my Husband meet him, he fixed our fridge within an hour, so absolutely no complaints there! My only complaint would be with the coordination, many rescheduled appointments on Sears end. But over all very impressed. Home Depot delivered our refrigerator, all doors needed to be removed to come into home, but we're re installed improperly. Contacted home Depot within 3 days of delivery and were pushed off to Frigidaire. Make sure your register your products for warranty purposes. Overall we are satisfied that our problem has been fixed at no expense to us due to home depots improper install. Thank you!!
