Turnbull Heating & Air

I will say that Turnbull heating and cooling was absolutely fantastic. The technician Brandon was amazing. He was kind enough to take pictures of the work. He had done on my furnace and explain the repairs to me and maintenance. Also, he did not try to sell me products that I did not need. He also discussed preventative future maintenance and the program that Turnbull offers to pre-pay some of that future maintenance through their comfort program in my case that is money well spent. He. was kind enough to at least give me some kind of estimate as to when my current furnace will need to be replaced as the furnace that I have was already installed when I bought the house a number of years ago. Fantastic honest customer service!

The dispatcher is very friendly and helpful. I think her name was Liz. She was able to get me in right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get everything up and running for us the same day. Price was affordable. Most definitely would recommend friends and family to use this company for their HVAC needs.

Anytime I have called them, the office staff has always been super nice, helpful and professional. I had an issue a while back and needed to wait to hear back about a part. They called to let me know they hadn't forgotten me, just still waiting on an answer from the manufacturer. Some places will just leave you hanging.
