Brian did a great job installing our new steam humidifier. Price was fair. The job was done nicely as promised, including additional 240V electrical wiring to accommodate the steam humidifier, additional plumbing, and connecting the humidifier to our new Ecobee thermostat for control, which is a feature I strongly desired. There was a minor issue with a different thermostat, but Brian quickly returned to my place to fix the issue the same day. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brian/Argent to our Chatham neighbors.

I’ve been next customer since 1999 and I can tell you twice in my career of homeownership has he delivered exceptionally. We lost our Heat Sunday afternoon and I was advised it was a part that was needed to be replaced and we set an appointment for Monday. Our appointment was set from 9 to 11. Talk about customer loyalty I gotta call at 8 AM to say are you home can we come do the repair, hell yes! Service technician Montana came with a smile she’s a young lady who installed her boiler she fixed it was in and out of her house and the heat was back on within 30 minutes. Called 2/17/26 to report a leak in the basement. Scheduled for 2/18/26. The team showed up early (good thing) and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Bennet Walsh was excellent. He explained the work that needed to be done. He explained the quote. While doing the work, he was able to reassess the work and pricing changed in our favor. I highly recommend Argent Plumbing and Bennet Walsh and team.

Called Argent to look at a 2 year old Tankless hot water heater. That they didn't install. Brian was the perfect man for the job. Went above and beyond to fix my problem. Will call them again. Thank you!
