The technician Mike was very professional and experienced. He came to my house a few times, first to give a quote, second to replace the PRV and found our main water switch was broken, third time to complete the installation/replacement. The office staff was also courteous and prompt in addressing scheduling appointments and addressing my concerns. They promptly provided a quote for the job, which was competitive. The entire job took longer than expected, because in order to replace the water main in my house, I had to coordinate with our town's water department to shut off the main water switch from the curbside. We had a great experience using Pipe Works Services, Inc. We recently had an AC unit replacement in our home. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, fast and clean (Flooring protective for steps and the hallways as well as they wore booties the majority of the time. I saw some people had comments that they didn’t wear them, but they did but sometimes they forgot and that’s natural considering they’re going in and out all day). I’m a lunatic about no shoes in the house so I get it, but they were definitely very diligent about trying to remember. We were very satisfied with the work that was performed and would recommend this company to family and friends. We did shop around and received three other estimates. Brian Arnold worked diligently and successfully fixed the plumbing issue in our kitchen. He also cleaned the area leaving our space as he found it. We highly recommend the service provided by him and Pipe Works.

I had a very high emery last night at 12am. I live in Panther Valley. My tub was overflowing with sewage and won’t stop. Try calling my maintenance department and they told me that I should call a plumber. Called several to no avail. Finally hit on Anthony.. He was like an angel sent from heaven. Wonderful, wonderful guy. Came in assessed my situation ( which was not an ordinary one). Anthony was very knowledgeable and proceeded to fix my situation. He explained everything he was going to do and was able to help me where no one else would. He gave me more than a 10+ service. I would definitely call upon him again if I have anymore issues and I will highly recommend him to anyone I know. I give him a 10+ rating! Thank you again Anthony!!

Pipe Works was very responsive, to our request. Our assigned technician Delroy was very knowledgeable, and ran a thorough set of diagnostics to address the issue.
