The technician that Pierce Garage Doors sent to replace our garage door opener for us was very friendly and professional, freely and happily answered all of our questions, didn't try to push any unnecessary services or purchases on us and seemed to be genuinely concerned that we were pleased with the service that they provided. Pierce Garage Doors is the best. I was on vacation in Mexico when my neighbor called to tell me my garage door would not close all the way. Since I had called Pierce Garage Doors three or four years ago I called and let Seth know that I was concerned about someone being able to access my home since the garage door would not close. He went out the same day, fixed the problem and trusted me to send him a check when I return from Mexico; which I did within a few days. I not only appreciate his excellent and timely service but feel his fees are fair and honest. The service tech, Tony, was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. He showed me exactly what the issue was with our door, gave me a quote for repairs and a tune up to our second garage door as well. He went right to work and completed it timely. I would highly recommend Pierce.

The springs on our 11 year old roll-up garage door, snapped. I contacted Dean at Pierce Garage Doors, and he got me scheduled for service the next afternoon. I work nights, so scheduling is sometimes difficult; and Dean was super flexible. Their team arrived, confirmed the broken springs, made the repair, upgraded worn out plastic bearings with proper steel ones, and lubed all moving parts in under 30 minutes. The level of customer service and professionalism were top. I will refer Pierce Garage Doors from now on.

While other garage doors companies in Chatham told me my garage door couldn't be repaired, Bruce knew straight off that it could be. He also did some trouble shooting for me and had everything working in no time at a great price.
