We went with this company because we thought it was local. Turns out 434 Main Street in Chatham is an abandoned building (check out Google Maps for yourself). I knew something was up when the technician showed up with NY plates. He was at our home for less than 30 minutes. His only equipment was a drill with a brush on the end - nothing that reached the entire length of the chimney. He wanted to charge us $499 per chimney (2 chimneys) but eventually agreed to do the second one for half price. $750 for the service (plus tax) for less than 30 minutes of work. One of the chimneys is gas operated. He couldn't get it working and the business promised to return to fix but never did. My wife called back after the cleaning and the woman who answered the phone said cleanings start at $199 per chimn
