On 10-8-25 Arnold ready mix dump truck #94 with Missouri license plate number 86J1WB had rocks coming from his unsecured load the rocks busted our windshield and damaged the paint on the the front of our vehicle. The truck driver was informed of rocks flying from his truck at the red light on hwy141 and astra way in Arnold Missouri and advised him he damaged our vehicle sadly the driver didn’t stop! The company was called and we’ve been transferred many times to owner chuck who never returns calls to me or my insurance carrier! Now I’m forced to file claims thru the state of Missouri against arnold ready mix for refusing to provide insurance information or pay for damages! Since this company won’t do the right thing I wouldn’t trust them with your business! Photos posted if look closely sh

Had 15 ton of rock delivered (suppose to be in the middle of my driveway)they dumped half in the driveway and half in the street turning a 2 lane rod into a 1 lane and told me I'm was on my own and without a machine to move it for 2 days. Thanks for being incompetent when I get a fine from my HOA I'll send you the bill

Very happy. We ordered an unusual mix, and they very professionally called me to confirm that I indeed wanted what I wanted and understood that it was risky. I acknowledged the risk and said yes please. They delivered the mix exactly as requested this Saturday morning. The driver was extremely proficient with the equipment making the delivery a lot easier to handle. He was nice and very fair about the time overage. I'll be using them moving forward.

From start to finish this company has been probably the best I've ever done business with I had a few issues on my end they did everything in their power to make sure my job got done recommend them 100%

Called on Friday to order concrete for Saturday morning. Talked to Jodie on Saturday morning to confirm. Confirmed time and address and discussed payment. Truck never showed. When we called to see what happened, they said we didn’t give a time or address so they cancelled our truck and refused to send another one out. We called again to see if anything could be worked out so we could get our concrete today and Jodie was extremely rude about it.
