My story let the readers decide!. First of all I'm in my home about 6 years. I never had a problem with my heat up until last year. The problem was very little heat, thermostat never reaching desired temperature, heater running continuously. 1st time technician arrived and checked thermostat, temperature from vent, outside unit and whatever else a technician does. Finds a that a piece of paper. You know the paper that is stuck to the heater unit that gives details on the heater unit. That paper dried up and came unglued from the heater. He removed the paper and said that might be the issue. It could block air flow to the home causing loss of heat and the thermostat not kicking off. He leaves and the problem is not resolved. AS&S HVAC Is amazing . They have been doing work for us for over 5 years and have never disappointed us. Steven is great. All the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give prompt appointments . Compared to other companies, they do not mislead their customers or add unnecessary services. Their prices are very reasonable. The manager, Paul is very kind and helpful as is Regina, the office coordinator. I strongly recommend them.

The technician, Jared, was on time, thorough in checking our heat pump system and pleasant. Scheduling the visit with Regina was easy and she provided a reminder of the appointment.

Full Circle Property Management sent your company to check out our 38 year old Carrier air conditioner. The original day they were able to come over was Thursday. They c called and said they had a person in the area on Tuesday. It was 98 degrees. Scott the technician repaired my air conditioner in about an hour. Knew the problem right away. Great service.
