Had a water softner and uv light installed last year. Not a bad system except for the uv light would cost me $600 a year from this company to replace and I cant get bulbs for it to replace myself. And the sediment filter housing they install is nice and clear except they put a cheap water spigot on the bottom for draining and it started leaking within 6 months so I got that replaced. As for the uv light Its self I would not recommend the brand they install. Costs more in the future. Also they guy that installed my system didnt clean up after himself and I wont be calling them for anymore services. Already found another company that treats me better

Water pressure went low. There was no tripped breakers so I gave Kocher's a call. Justine came out in the afternoon assessed the problem and he was on it to get the problem solved. Justine was very knowledgeable and great educator regarding the do's and don't of my system. Great energy and very respectful to my home and property. Definitely recommend and will call again when service is needed. The staff in the office were great and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend.

These guys did an AWESOME job finishing a job another place couldn't get to, a burned out WELL PUMP. So fascinating to watch the guys, got right to work and within less than two hours we had running water again after not having it for WEEKS. Really impressive, very professional and really knew what they were doing!....really nice guys too, not bothered by old people with lotsa questions lol! We were blown away to learn the well was almost 90' deep, we had no idea, learned so much! Thanks Jake and helper, you were like the Calvary pulling up!

We have always been very satisfied with the service we have received from Kocher’s.Recently, I called them on a Friday morning because the hot water was discolored. He came that same afternoon and had the issue repaired in an hour. Very reasonably priced and always super nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience with a well pump replacement. They were in touch over the weekend, diagnosed the issue on Monday and implemented a complex, comprehensive fix on Tuesday, all for a fair cost. I contacted four similar companies at the same time; none have even replied in the time it took Kocher's to get the job completely done.
