I recently started my search for a paving contractor to rip up and replace my old macadam driveway. Jimmy, from JH & Sons, one of three businesses I contacted, was quick to get back to me and was thorough, informative and very personable. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and after perusing all the reviews I could find as well as photos of completed work, I went with JH & Sons as my choice. The completed work left no doubt I had made a good decision. Jimmy and his team arrived on the day and time as promised. They very carefully removed the old macadam and re-leveled the old driveway as well as adding a new section. He was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and not pushy. The crew was also friendly and patient with my questions and cleaned up my yard, walks and street very well. We had a gravel driveway that was a pain to plow, and always brought in tons of dust . I gave 3 contractors a call, and out of everyone Jim was the most personable, and best referred as he just did a big driveway project for our friend . Jim came and gave a quote , and was there the next day to install our new driveway. He explained the process , and made sure to check in while preforming the driveway install. The customer service from this company is beyond incredible and they are a well oiled machine. They came in a little higher than our other quotes, but you get what you pay for and the outstanding quality and team speaks for itself. I highly recommend them for all your driveway paving needs.
