Faust Heating was amazing during the coldest day of February 7th. Our expansion tank blew a hole, and water flooded our basement for two hours while we were not home. Carolyn and Kelly were my first contact, and they explained that we should turn the water off and that they would have a repair guy come to our house soon. Tommy arrived shortly with a new tank and started fixing our system. He remained at our home till 8 pm to ensure every radiator was working properly. Tommy was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Thank you, Tommy!! Best heating company around!!!

I called for repair of my furnace, it had stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule service of the furnace on the same day. The furnace needed a part. I was also pleasantly surprised that the part was available for installation the next day. Both days, the technician, Andrew, arrived promptly. I received a text message when he was on his way. The diagnosis was done in an efficient manner. The repair was done in a professional and efficient manner. Andrew was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough review of the furnace operation after the repair to make sure everything was working properly.

Our technician was Chris. The young man was very polite, with no hesitation to share his knowledge of the repairs needed. Which was only a minor situation and a quick fix. However he informed me of repairs that are needed in the future, with no pressure given. The merge of Meisner, Faust and companies made no impact on the quality of workmanship, the service still reliable and efficient.

Miesner Services has repeatedly done a wonderful job for us by making sure our home stays warm and toasty! Andrew, who has come to help us on more than one occasion, is especially a pleasure. He patiently lets us know what the problem is, what our options are and gives us great confidence in Miesner Services. Joe Avati was great! Friendly and personable guy that correctly diagnosed the issue with our A/C. Just be sure to double-check the distance, if you're far enough out, they will charge extra for the drive~
