Johnny is a pro… Troubleshooting garages especially large RV ones can be very difficult but he stays on it until it's done and in my case he had to rescue me in the middle of the night so I could get the garage closed at all and then troubledshot it over several days and ultimately we had to replace a very buggy unit ..but he found a much better one with a built-in camera, Wi-Fi etc and it works much better and is even quieter… No upsell just so many components turned out to be bad in the other one it was a real lemon! Johnny is a standup down to earth guy I would recommend to anybody who wants an honest technician for their garage needs.

We had our garage door spring snap, and Johnny came out the same day and got it replaced quick. He also tuned and lubed both doors, no upselling. Excellent service, and great price! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Johnny with Ascent Garage door at a reasonable price. Had my garage door opener spring snap in half and stuck with a non functioning garage door. What a wonderful Experience! Our old garage door had a panel that was cracked in the middle because its a 16ft long door. I had another company come out and give me a huge bid to replace the entire door. I refused to accept that my door could not be fixed and continued limping along with a broken panel. Today “Sunday” my spring broke and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage! I texted Johnny and told him my situation and he came right out and not only repaired my springs, but repaired my panel and made my old garage door fully functional. This was exceptional service and was way more service than I could have expected for a SUNDAY! I will tell anyone who asks in the future for a garage door specialist to call Johnny from Ascent garage doors.
