Blowout Kings

This review is for the customer service I experienced prior to them coming out. I used Blow Out Kings (BOK) last year for the first time since we moved to Idaho. They sent a couple of young guys, teenagers it seemed to me, to provide service and they did a good job. This year, when I was contacted, I asked how much it would be and I was told that it would be $45 for the first four zones, which is all I need. However, the night before our home was to be serviced, I received a text saying that they would come the next day and the charge would be $55. So, I sent a text questioning the increased fee. I sent it to two different mobile numbers. I also mentioned that my neighbor had a person that did blow out service for $40 but that I was staying with BOK this year since I had already scheduled

Communication poor. Rescheduled original service, then arrived late. Concerns about competency of team on last blowout. More concerned about speed of getting job done rather than ensuring done right. Cannot recommend.

Set up sprinkler blowout for 10th of November, called early morning on 10th to see what time they may arrive and got a text saying they are sorry for not calling the day before but they will not be doing any more blowouts because there equipment is down, thanks for leaving me hanging. I hope I can find someone else before it freezes.

Excellent service. In and out fast! Was referred by a close friend and am glad I trusted their recommendation.

Very upset, tech came and blew out my sprinklers, he notified me when he was done that he broke the PVC pipe in the main box but that they would be out in the Spring to fix it. A week later water is gushing from the box and when I texted Blowout Kings the response I got back was that it was not their fault and they don't do repairs and the tech was wrong to tell me they would be fixing it and that the tech did not break it. Refused to give me the techs name who came out. Very rude, I will not use them again, now I have to find someone that can come fix it.
