4th time I have used Shining Star. Nick is awesome. He does a great and thorough job at cleaning your carpet. I like their cleaning tool, it's a scrub brush that sits on the carpet and cleans the floor. One of the main reasons I use him; plus he is super professional and friendly. Shining Star Carpet Cleaning absolutely lived up to their name. They were on time, super professional, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. My carpets look amazing, way better than I expected, and the price was even better. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in what they do. Wow ! Nick is earnest and caring about results and so trustworthy, I had some family emergencies that caused me to flake, which is so embarrassing! He was so compassionate and understanding. He most importantly did an incredible job on my flooring! Thanks again Nick!
