I can’t say enough good things about Value Heating & AC! After buying our home we had constant HVAC problems, and while many companies pushed for a full replacement, Dan went out of his way to keep our older unit running. He’s clearly extremely knowledgeable, honest, and stands behind his work. His conscientious approach saved us money and a lot of stress. If only I could find a plumber, electrician, or handyman with Dan’s work ethic — I’d be set. We’re so grateful we found him!

Had a no heat problem. Dan showed me the step by step processes to diagnose what may be causing problems. I’ve never had a company do that. He’s an excellent teacher. Fixed the problem, and explained other things to do instead of calling him. My go to guy for sure.

Dan has been to my house multiple times fixing my AC unit. He is always been very responsive and great at communication. Highly recommend him!

Dan is a life saver! He recognized that I had an easy fix to my heater and walked me through how to fix it over the phone! At 38 weeks pregnant, a broken heater in the middle of winter was not something I was ready for. He was so patient and within minutes, I had heat again. I just have to say 2 words, Integrity and Honesty. They fixed my air conditioner 3 years ago when it used to break down every year for 10 years when someone else fixed it. They did it right and a great price too and its working without a hitch. Then today during the holiday season I had my heat go out and instead of booking a call and not having heat for a few days he walked me through what might be the problem. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. It took 7 phone calls but he never got raspy or inpatient at all. He didn't care about making money, just helping a customer. WOW WOW WOW.
