Once I accepted the bid, he and his team had the roof scheduled for replacement within two weeks (weather permitting). Damon was recommended by a friend, who is a contractor. He came out next day and wrote up a very competitive bid (I got three), with options for inexpensive upgrades. He is a very positive guy, and has owned his business 21 years. He explained his bid thoroughly, answering all my questions. I went with the options, which were all to ensure a leak-free roof (metal valley flashing, heavy ridge caps, plus ice and water barrier). The job was scheduled for 2 days, but his guys stayed and got it done in one. Damon came by and checked the roof out the next day. The work was done to a high standard and it shows. After having a horrible roofing experience years ago on another house, this was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!
