Further, John Coble is actively involved from start to finish to make sure everything is done right, and if he sees something that needs changing or some attention, he is on it. His owner level interest continues well beyond a CO to check in to make sure all is good and he's readily available for follow up phone calls or visits to field any questions or take a look at things. Charles Fox Homes is a fantastic builder and Atlantic Elite is the perfect partner to really make the outside areas just as exciting every time we pull up.

John and his crew did a magnificent job for our home project. They worked within our time constraints and were pleasant and professional. The quality of their work was the best we’ve seen. They installed pavers, a fire pit, pergola and landscaping. We love how everything turned out. You can tell how they take pride in a job well done! We would highly recommend this company for all your future outdoor designs and needs.

Highly recommend! Our property looked more like a resort when the project was completed. We had a specific deadline due to an event and they were able to complete it in time. Great communication with the contractor through the entire project and the work crew was very professional and polite.

Went by a few months ago and asked about prices of White Bahama rock in 5 gallon buckets because I do not have a truck or trailer. The woman working behind the counter showed me a price list for the rock I was asking about. It was around 6.50-7.00 per 5 gallon bucket. I asked about a military or first responder discount and she stated they did not have that. I went back today with several buckets and they as explaining to the gentleman what I would like to get. He said that would be $10.00 per bucket. I told what type of rock I wanted and he stated $10.00 a bucket. I did not argue with him I just told him that was too high and left. I would not recommend this business as they changed their prices or just lied about the costs not sure which is correct.

From the estimate with Greg to the work completion and a call from the owner John to share the update, all was very professional, timely and responsive. They did a great job. Even when having to deal with a neighbor they were always professional and did top notch work . Thanks for making our yard look great.
