Atlantis Granite

In January of 2023, i ordered stone from this company for my basement that was being finished. When they came to install, they put hole in my wall and gave me discolored stone from chemical solutions that they put on their. They said they would come back to fix it but they never bothered. It has been over a year and I gave them multiple chances to make up for their mistake and they ignored me. The customer service is beyond horrible and the quality of their stones are even worse. I’ll attach images of the stains that are on the stones. THESE STAINS ARE NOT NATURAL. IT IS FROM CHEMICALS THEY SPRAYED ON DAY OF INSTALLATION.

We had a great experience up until delivery. The installers chipped our granite. Chip was about 1/4”x 2”. I didn’t notice this until I went to clean the countertops after they left. I called immediately and their solution was to place this mixture on the chip and told me that it would you be covered by the backsplash when we had it installed. It was not covered once we had it installed. They also chipped the underside of the granite, larger chip than the one on top but I didn’t discover this until after they already came back to repair the chip on top of my countertop. Be sure to check every inch of your countertops before the installers leave. Don’t make my same mistake.

We just had our countertops installed by Atlantis and it couldn't have gone better. The price was reasonable, the staff was very nice, the measurements exact and they couldn't look better. It seems that whatever you buy today there seems to be some type of problem, but not with dealing with Atlantis.

Very unprofessional company and does no honor their word. We purchased granite from this company and when they installed it, not only did they put a whole in our wall while moving the granite, the stone was stained. They told us the stains would go away with time but they just got worse. The stone is white but the stains are bright green and ruin the stone. After multiple phone calls and saying they would come out to fix it, they never did anything about it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU AND QUALITY STONE OR SERVICE.

My experience was horrible. They would tell me they were coming and then not show up or call to tell me they were not coming or late. This happened multiple times. Then when they installed my counter they cut the openings right below the smoke detector. The fire department came out and had to reset fire system, and cover the smoke detector, like they should have. I had 4 thresholds cut by them as well. I scheduled the carpet install around them. Again they did not show. I let them know if they got there early the next day they could install them, or drop them off and my tile guy could install them. She said she would call me right back, they never called back and the next day carpet people installed new carpet up to the tile. I no longer needed thresholds and they refused to refund my mone
