Back To Nature Lawn Care

We have been customers for a number of years and usually all ok until this year. I have weeds growing in a number of places all summer long and usually don't worry too much but now they are not being addressed. I have made several calls in order to get this looked after but office staff was defensive and then I've asked now on several occasions to get a call back to discuss the service issues. Calls are not being returned as of this review. I mentioned during one of my calls that you really don't want me to write a review at this time (as prompted by their auto-text messages); better to address the problem. Apparently Back to Experigreen is also the same company...So I will leave a review on them. Hey check out what the technician wrote regarding my lawn 3 weeks ago and after you read it....look at what my grass looks like...lol. From the technician---- "Today I applied a fertilizer to help the lawn recover from summer stress and provide good growth throughout the fall. Unless your lawn was overseeded we may have blanket sprayed or spot treated for actively growing broadleaf weeds. As your Experigreen representative, I take great pride in the care of your lawn. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me right away. Technician's Note: Today I applied fertilizer along with weed control to your front, back, or your entire yard. It may take a week or 2 to let the weed control go t

I have been using Back to Nature since they bought the business from Contenders. The fertilizing service dropped off majorly in 2024, and got significantly worse this year. I'm not sure if they are diluting their fertilizer or just using less to save a buck, but the these pictures speak for themselves. I have now spent the past two weeks removing weeds from my yard, and the grass still looks like it does in the picture. I have one wheel barrel full of weeds and will be able to fill up another one as well before they are all removed from my lawn. I'd look elsewhere for your fertilizing service.

Back to Nature does a great job keeping my yard weed free and looking it's best. Their technician Jack P. takes pride in doing my yard and does an amazing job every year. I have a very large yard with many flower beds and other obstacles to go around and he keeps it all looking beautiful. I've tried other lawn service companies in the past but found that Back to Nature is the BEST there is.

To say the least, I am very upset with this company. I was home today when Jeff came. I asked about all these huge areas of grass that didn't look right. . He said that's a fungus on your grass. I asked him again thinking I didn’t hear correctly. He said my grass had a fungus. I said all this is a fungus. It’s killing my grass. Why this company didn’t bother to tell me or didn’t bring it to my attention and why wasn’t it taking care of? I have used this company for years. To have my grass filled with fungus and never acknowledging it or being told is unacceptable. he then told me he could put a fungus killer on it. I said why didn’t you do that already and again I just said I can’t believe you didn’t bring this to my attention. This is crazy, I said I suppose you expect me to pay for th
