Received a recommendation from a friend to use Milan Vault for a custom septic tank lid. Glad I did. Everyone was helpful...from the office staff, the estimator, and even the shop crew. They were all easy to deal with, helpful, and timely with getting back to me. The slab exceeded my expectations...Lifting straps were built in without even asking for them. It fit the tank properly. Also, the additional accessories were in stock so I did not have to wait. All this, and the price was more than reasonable. I will recommend to anyone I know who can use their services.

The employees at Milan Vault are helpful and friendly. When I discovered that the part I purchased would not work for my home repair, they gave me a complete refund when I returned the part. I would do business here again. I just don't want anymore home repairs!

Bilco door on our brand new house leaks terribly when it rains. Contractor has reached out multiple times for them to come correct and finish the job to no avail.
