I can always count on Straub to provide service at a good price. I’ve had them out for simple repairs and complete system replacement. I’m always satisfied with the workmanship & value.

They are very professional and work fast and do quality work. They got our whole system replaced a few days earlier than planned which we were so grateful for. They return calls and messages immediately and communicate well through the whole process. The quote was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs.

I installed a nest thermostat and we noticed some issues but the outdoor temp was fluctuating so much we couldn’t pinpoint the issue. Finally (as it started to get really cold) I gave up and looked around for a repair service. It’s amazing how many companies jump to just suggesting you replace the whole system without even looking at the issue. My sister recommended Straub and they were able to work me into their already tight schedule. The technician who came out was super helpful and friendly and he was able to find the issue and promptly resolved it. The price was completely reasonable, and he was able to take Apple Pay. All around it was such a positive experience that I’ve saved Straub into my phone contacts for future repairs!

Aaron immediately came out in an emergency on a Sunday when we had no heat. He promptly fixed a fried furnace blower motor and got the job done. Would definitely recommend this group.
