We are so happy with how professional, thorough, efficient, clean, and effective John, Cory, and the team were. They worked with another company to clean the mold out of our HVAC, and they removed the carpets, blasted out any mold upstairs and in the basement, wiped all the surfaces down, and coated the upstairs subflooring with a no-VOC coating so new growth couldn't set in. I didn't find any dust upstairs after they removed the carpet - rather amazing for how old they were! The proof is in the pudding: I used a mold kit to test before and after their work. Before, we had 2-6 colonies of mold throughout the house. Now, I have 0-2. The HVAC, which held all the mold and had the nastiest petri dish before, is now completely clean! Not a speck of mold.
