Cord and his team designed and installed a stone paver patio for us in the fall of 2025 and we are still grateful and excited about using it this spring and summer. Our original plan was to demolish and replace a very large deck but with relentless animal problems we asked Cord to re-do the plans for a totally different result. He didn't blink an eye and provided us with a plan, design and installation that had very little impact to our expected schedule. His crew was always on time, courteous, and professional. It was a great experience and we would recommend Mi CustomScapes to anyone (including our neighbors who are looking to do something similar!).

We did landscaping and hardscaping project with Cord and Courtney last month. Their whole team was meticulous, clean, and flexible with our requests. They understood what we wanted and even recommended good changes that we preferred. Having a landscaping that not only looks good but is also easy to maintain was our priority, and they executed it well. Their pricing was also very reasonable. We are very happy with how the whole project came out at the end and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and/or hardscaping projects!

Working with Cord was a great experience. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning to the end of the project. We purchased a new house in September and it did not have a Patio for outdoor entertaining. Cord and his team did an amazing job installing a patio over the winter that got a lot of use this summer. I have several other outdoor projects I've been talking with Cord on doing moving forward. I highly recommend MI CustomScapes.
