Bath Fitter

Our original liner, which we had installed years ago started cracking so we gave the Valpo location a call. After a few conversations I called again and for some reason the owner answered. The owner was very nice and said they had a tub that would fit and would replace it free of charge, it was downhill from there. Within a week the ceiling drywall in our bathroom closet downstairs was destroyed. It was left that way for years because they kept having to come back over and over to fix a persistent leak. The leak never got fixed, it only got worse. The last time I talked to them I was told to hire a plumber through them or from an outside company. He stated the missing drywall would make it easier for the plumbers to access and that our original install was so long ago that there’s nothing

Very disappointed in this service. Shoddy installation the first time. A second installer was sent to fix the first installer's mess (embarrassing for the company), but we are still left with a cracked shower floor. The job took months to finish...not the "week or so" that was promised...and this was our only bathroom! Had to call corporate to get anyone's attention at the Valpo store. Never offered a discount for the inconvenience or frustration. Once they had our money, there was zero customer service. Buyer beware.

Nick and his wife turned my ugly shower into a beautiful tub / shower. I am very pleased with his work ethics. I am going to have the same guy do another bath/ shower in my second bathroom. I would highly recommend this company.

All I can say is AMAZING, QUALITY work! I had bath fitters come in after I hired a bad contractor that destroyed my bathroom. They came in on a Tuesday to quote me on the tub surround, returned and busted in out on Thursday. I couldn't be more happy! The technician that did the job, Joe, awesome job man! Professional and polite! Now off to finish the rest of my bathroom!

Had a shower installed recently. Material quality is okay, the issue was with the install. Shower pan base was installed on an uneven surface. Installer didn’t use any self leveling compound or similar before installing the pan. So there is a lot of flex around the drain and low area in the floor. The shower is usable, but the extra flex just feels sloppy and cheap. I would look around at other contractors or consider doing it yourself (like I probably should have).
