This review is for a new deck to include a screens in porch. In short, this was a great experience. The job was done on time and the whole process was extremely transparent. The best part was the communication. Ron and Rusty provided text and phone calls on status updates, when the crew was showing up, permitting, any issues that arose and any changes. The crews showed up when they said and we are very happy with the results! One of the smoothest construction projects I have ever had. Thanks so much!

Ron and Jenna did a great job making us feel like valued customers. We needed a new roof, and opted for new gutters with guards. Ron is genuine, and puts his customer's concerns as his concerns. Prices are competitive, work is quality, and for me I felt value for the money spent. We've had Battle Creek do a recent job for my Mom's house, quick turn gutter replacement. They were very responsive and completed the work ahead of our timeline. If you are shopping around, make sure one of your calls is to Battle Creek!

I'm glad that I chose in Battle Creek for the work I have done. Not only were they local, but a family owned/operated company I'd gotten quotes from five different companies. Battle Creek was not the cheapest, however are much more detail oriented. As a contractor myself I can tell him that he knew what he was doing and actually cared about the quality of work that was being provided opposed to other companies that just wanted to get the job done as quick as possible sacrificing quality, using cheap materials and reusing old material. it was obvious that Ron was a true professional as he had discussed Things that the other contractors did not even mention such as lightblocks for the siding, what type of soffit vents, what kind of ridge vents. All of the other quotes that I had received
