We just moved to a new home and I called last month, a week before Christmas to change our locks. The owner ( I believe is Phil) return my call immediately! He changed more locks than anticipated and even changed a handset at no charge. The price was up front and fair! I trusted his expertise, as he changed all the tumblers to my new keys and cut a key for our storm door! Mr.Rawling is Top Tier! He responded immediately and was able to come out that same day. We wanted to get the locks around our home changed, totaling 6 doors. I was impressed on how fast, efficient and communicable he was throughout the process. Hopefully we will not be needing any locksmith anytime soon, but if so Phil Rawling will forever be our go to.

Mr. Rawlings was absolutely lovely. My fiance and I purchased a home this past week, and Phil was able to come out with a weeks notice (despite how busy he is) to replace all our locks/key them the same. He truly cares about his customer and did not just slap the locks on and call it a day. He adjusted the plates on my doors too so the locks sat correctly. He also straightened up old handles that were put on by the old owners. After completing all the work, he ran through everything with me to make sure it worked and that it was up to my standards.
