My project wasn't easy, there were challenges, but they met each one with timelyness and consideration to cost. From the owners down communication was excellent. They really strive for perfection. I am so happy that I called Simple Solutions to replace my workshop roof! They are reliable and honest and their prices are extremely fair. Their estimate was half what another company wanted to charge! I had a lot of water damage and rotten wood and they didn't even charge me to replace the 2x4's. They gave me a break on the shingles because they had some unopened surplus from a different job. The estimate was quickly done and work was scheduled right away. The team worked quickly and cleaned up the area thoroughly. Very pleased!!

I never leave a review but Simple Solutions LLC is more than worthy. Entire experience has been amazing. New roof a few months ago beautiful job, fantastic clean up and customer service you just don’t see anymore. They respond to every call , every text and go above and beyond. I dealt primarily with Mark Lee very responsive, professional and just a really decent person. No need to go anywhere else this is the place!
