S.F. Jones Heating and Cooling LLC

I had a wonderful experience with S.F. Jones installing a new furnace and AC system. Alyssa kept me informed while waiting for delivery. Scott, Matt, Zay & Jesse did an outstanding job. They kept me informed all day long with the process. The house was kept clean even though the weather outside was miserable (snow & ice). I would not hesitate to call them again for any future requirements.

Jesse & Nick were our technicians last Friday at our townhouse and I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely detail oriented and did not leave any mess behind. They made recommendations outside of the vent cleaning for our HVAC. They also took photos so we could see what was addressed rather than just taking their word for it. And my favorite part...they were respectful of my cats :-) I kept them out of the way, but they didn't act like I was inconviencing them with my animals as some people do. The house smells amazing still, and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of work done. I will absolutely use them for duct cleaning and other HVAC services in the future!

SF Jones did duct cleaning for our HVAC system and dryer vent. Their two man team clearly explained what they were going to do and put necessary floor and rug protections in place. When finished they shared pictures and explained what they did and what they saw. SF Jones also did a SMECO home energy inspection/HVAC tune up for us and both of these efforts were conducted professionally and diligently. It's a real pleasure to have home improvement services (performed twice) that exceeded our expectations!

Jesse is AMAZING! So knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We needed an urgent appt for our furnace that wasn't working and he was so quick to respond. He was very communicative throughout the process (as we were out of town) and quick to diagnose and repair. Thank you Jesse!!

I do not rave about writing reviews often, but I would like to thank Sam for his service. So kind and respectful. Great communication, all the things I appreciate.
