I find the five star reviews to be highly dubious. I have scheduled two appointments with this company and both times they canceled at the last minute. This is with two separate technicians. How can a company be reviewed if they don't even show up to the appointment? If a technician cannot show up, at the very least do so reasonably in advance of the scheduled date.

Our AC wasn't cooling very well, so we called Riverside Heating and AC, and got an appointment for a few days later. Steve came out, changed the filter, added charge, and adjusted the airflow settings on the air handler. Steve was great! Explained everything he was doing, and didn't leave until the house was cool again. All for a very reasonable price. We will use Riverside Heating and AC again for sure!

From the initial phone call to the completion of the in service inspection we are pleased with all aspects of Riverside's service. We were given a next day appointment and the technician arrived within the time period. Brandon was very polite and professional. He paused at key intervals to explain the results of his inspections. We highly recommend Riverside for your heating and ac system needs.

Outstanding preventive maintenance service by Stephen. Called me to let me know of his approximate arrival time. Completed a thorough inspection of my two indoor air handlers as well as the two outdoor units. Explained to me in terms that were easy to understand of what he was doing and what were the outcomes. He was polite and courteous. Excellent service overall.

The technician was friendly and professional. He did his job. The person running the office failed to tell me that I could not have the UV light that I provided installed, even though I've done this every year for years. That part of today's service call wasn't a big failure to me, and shows a lack of concern for new customers. I don't know how long I'll stay with this new company. The prior company allowed me to provide my own UV light, and was more responsive to my needs. I now have to schedule another visit to replace my old UV light. The technician deserves a 5 star rating and the office manager and customer service head deserves a 1 star rating.
