Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and by the next morning we called the company for help. They quickly sent a technician, Jesus Patino, along with another team member, and they were absolutely excellent. They repaired the air conditioner, cleaned the coil, and made sure everything was running properly again at a comfortable temperature. They also explained the service agreement, which made perfect sense to me, so I decided to sign up. Both technicians were very professional, kind, and respectful. I especially appreciated that they wore blue protective boots to keep my floors clean, that level of care really stood out. Great service from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked professionally, and left everything clean when he finished. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he took the time to answer all my questions without rushing.
