Our experience with BHS was top-notch from start to finish. Andrew stopped by to give us an estimate before we even put in an offer on the home, and we were thrilled that he shared our vision for what this place could become. Craig, Miguel and the entire crew are experts at what they do. They communicated well with us, and pivoted when we needed them to. They took great care of our home's original floors and features while we added some modern touches to the kitchen and main bathroom. Everyone I worked with for our bathroom remodel was superb. The salesman who came to our home to help design and provide the quote was friendly and helpful. We remodeled out basement bathroom and he didn't try to upsell us on anything and was upfront and realistic about what we could accomplish in our budget. We really enjoyed the process of meeting with the tile and fixture people to pick out what we wanted. Carlos was assigned as our project manager and he was wonderful. He stopped by every few days to check on the progress, set daily emails with updates, and did our final walkthrough to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Our second project with Beautiful Home Service! They did a complete redo of our Master Bath and brought it from the 60's (the tub was stamped Dec 6, 1962 on the bottom) up to modern standards and design. They also installed a new window and exhaust fan. The project exceeded my expectations and is truly amazing.
