We used Bupp Contracting to remove the old decking from a deck that had a framework that was still usable but the decking and most of the support posts were in bad shape. The work was done this summer and it included not only replacing the deck with timber tech, but also constructing a pavilion from a kit we ordered from Amish Country Gazebos in Pennsylvania (I highly recommend them - great quality). They also had to replace support posts and used 6 inch posts with concrete footers. They installed as well aluminum railing along three sides of the deck.
