Great experience working with Joel and Amanda at Fine Earth. They are extremely well versed about how to address difficult scenarios and come up with viable solutions. My yard had been very neglected by the prior owners -- invasive species (including bamboo) had encroached from a neighbor's yard and plantings were very overgrown plus the pea gravel made leaf pickup a major chore. I also had a fence that was on the verge of collapsing but an uncooperative neighbor would not split the replacement cost. Fine Earth came up with great solutions that make my yard much more private, open and spacious. It particularly pleased me that Fine Earth installed a new 6 ft fence just inside my property line so now my neighbor is the only one looking at the ugly collapsing fence that she didn't want t

Great experience all around. Used Fine Earth to extend old stone patio and front walkway, remove large trees, and redo drainage pipes in front and back yards. The crew was hard working, professional and good at communicating. The project manager came by daily to check in (project took 10 days) and answer any questions. She was excellent from start to finish. We got quotes from three companies and they were all over the place. This company provided the most detail on the work and materials by far and we felt the most realistic price of what it would take to complete. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Fine Earth, they did a complete landscaping of my new home including various trees, shrubs, perennials and sidewalks. It looks beautiful! They were so responsive, got it done very quickly and were open to all of my thoughts and suggestions. I can’t wait to see it in bloom next spring!

Fine earth did an outstanding job for us. Their landscape design was excellent; it complemens our home perfectly. They installed plants, sod, a flagstone walk and portico over our front door. All work was done professionally and the owner, Joel Hafner, was heavily involved, and wanted to ensure we were happy with every detail. I would highly recommend Fine Earth.

Be aware that you may have the same experience as below when just contacting this company for a quote. I work at a company that doesn't allow incoming calls during business hours, so I e-mailed Fine Earth and after a first attempt to get me to call (I trust there is a reason why people who e-mail do so, and don't call), they sent me a word doc to fill out ... with most of the info what I already provided in my initial e-mail. After entertaining the representative with this request, I explained that I had started a new job recently, 1 hour away from my home, and wasn't comfortable with taking 3 hours out of my work day (1 hour each way and 1 hour for an appointment) and the image it would leave.
