We had a great experience with ProTec Inspection Services. We ordered a full home inspection along with radon testing, sewer line scope, and termite inspection. Our inspectors, Ryan and Ron, were excellent. They worked carefully, thoroughly, and very professionally throughout the inspection. It was clear they paid close attention to detail. Ryan also prepared a clear, detailed, and very helpful report, which gave us a much better understanding of the home. The entire process was smooth, organized, and efficient, and we truly appreciated their professionalism. One small suggestion for the future would be to provide inspectors with additional tools for roof inspections. Using a drone could help examine roofs more thoroughly and safely. He was very methodical in the way he carried out his inspection to ensure nothing was missed, and he answered all of my questions along the way. We are in the process of purchasing a new home and I cannot be more pleased of the service provided by our inspector. He was personable and had amazing bedside manner. His resume did not oversell his abilities and knowledge. He was very meticulous and knowing that as future homeowners there is a level of anxiety, he was honest and detailed in his findings and made sure to ask if we understood what he was saying at all Times!
