Bee Clean Laundromat

Although some of the washers and dryers were operational, the overall condition of the laundromat was very poor. The facility, including the machines, was dirty, and I did not feel comfortable cleaning my clothes there. I only visited because it was the closest laundromat available during a winter storm, but I will not return under any circumstances. Safety was a major concern. An older man, who appeared to be the owner or possibly just a worker, was mopping the floors while snow and ice were being tracked inside. The wet floors created a slipping hazard, and there were no wet floor warning signs posted. I nearly fell several times, and I am young; I can only imagine how dangerous this would be for older patrons. Additionally, there were multiple disturbances during my visit. Two separat

Poor facility washers are nasty while there homeless men came in with a dog and just hung around. Side door where you can’t see people coming in very sketch!!!

We travel a lot.this is one of the nicest laundromat I have seen clean, tv, WiFi and there's machines still use cash.

Used to be so nice (for about a week) until the free wifi made it home to all the druggies of New Castle. Now it's ran down, nasty, and not the best place to bring kids. Taking the wifi away helped with the laundry mat not being a hangout spot but druggies are ALWAYS coming in using the bathroom to do their drugs and they talk to people and ask for things and make so many people uncomfortable. They need to clean this place back up and be more involved with how the business is ran.

I've been here about 6 times in the last 2 months. It's been rather quiet and most people mind their own business. Today there were several homeless people but they didn't bother anyone. Most of the machines have been working until today. It was busy so I had 1 washer to use for 2 loads of clothes. 4 out of 12 dryers were out of order. The dryer I used worked really well.
