I have used Jake’s crew for 7 years. Always on time, communicate effectively, and give me several options to choose from that best fits my budget. This is my honest review of Jake’s Heating and Air. It’s our first experience with them, and the level of service beyond my expectation . They arrived within the promised timeframe and informed me of their estimated arrival time. They were here to clean our heating ducts for the first time, and the technicians were Daniel and Austin. They were absolutely super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, even though I had no idea what to expect. I appreciate that they gave me the price upfront, which was a huge relief. If we ever need heating and air services in the future, we’ll definitely be using Jake’s Heating and Air.

An outstanding heating, cooling, and plumbing company that truly gives back to the community. Everyone is always friendly on the phone, and customer service is consistently excellent. Toni and Amber are especially amazing—always helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The owners, Jake and Kelli have always been friendly and kind. Jake's heating Air and plumbing came out to install new toilet. We are very pleased with the service they gave. Plumber was very nice and courteous. We will not hesitate to call them again.

Well, somehow Jake’s evidently got my last review of them taken down. That’s fine. Luckily they keep sending me mail and texts and such to remind me of the service we got, so I’m able to leave another. I’ll keep it short and simple this time. They sent someone to our house who tried to sell us a (very overpriced) service that we did not need. I know this because I called other companies for price comparisons after and had one of them come look at our system. They left without charging us a penny because we didn’t ACTUALLY need anything. HAD we needed the service it was going to cost us $200 less. And not off of thousands. $150 or $350 total. The $350 was Jakes cost. Did “I” get a a call back from a manager like the lady said I would when I called (once I got past the stupid AI assistant)
