New Castle Flooring

I've used other flooring stores in the past but never again! The owner and his sales team are very knowledgeable. Their installation team was great. My wife and I are in love with our new flooring. To top it all off all the carpet is made in the USA and that's important to me.

Jeff and his team are amazing. We ordered at the showroom and then a few weeks later we had some amazing carpet. My kiddo loves it and my wife can't stop talking about it. It was easy and a no-brainer for us to go with New Castle Flooring, so we would recommend them for any job in the area.

Rather frustrated! Husband drove two hours down there with our camper to have the flooring replaced. Called before hand and explain exactly what we had and needed done. Got a quote for three to $400 to have the job done. Got there and they told my husband it was going to be $700 Minimum and we needed to buy flooring from them instead of the flooring we told them we had and wanted to use. Waste of four hours of time and not upfront.

Jeff and his crew are a pleasure to work with! I have used New Castle Flooring for several house projects and will continue to do so in the future. They come when they say they will come, they are trustworthy and honest, and do a great job. They also will fix whatever needs to be fixed and offer great communication! New Castle Flooring was excellent to deal with! Their crew was professional, efficient and very detailed oriented. Jeff and his crew were easy to work with and listened to what we wanted and they delivered on it! Very satisfied with their pricing and quality. We had 3 rooms, hallway and stairs carpeted.
