Pritchett's Backhoe Service

Called over three weeks ago and scheduled for a full dump truck load of gravel to be delivered. Spoke with them again in between and everything was a go, said he would contact me the day of delivery...never did. The day of delivery, I had to call and inquire when my stone would be delivered. Customer service rep. seemed confused that I was even calling; said he would have to check and call me back. Waited 45 minutes, no call, so I called, but now they aren't answering the phone. Waited another 15 minutes, again, not answering the phone, so I left a voicemail cancelling my order. Made other arrangements to get some stone because I needed it that day. Saw one of their trucks coming into my town, so I called again. This time he answered the phone, but he made no effort to make it righ

This company was called to my house to fix someone elses mistakes The entire crew was very friendly and efficient they went above and beyond normal expectations! They really are the company to reach out to if you ever need this type of service

Recently brought something into there repair shop and will definitely be coming back. Fair prices, quality work and friendly service. Our old repair shop would have taken twice as long and charged three times as much. If you have heavy equipment that needs repaired I highly recommend.
