BELFOR Property Restoration

If I could give negative stars I would! It has been over 2 years and my house is still NOT completed. Constant excuses as to why they can not be here to work. A vendor they hired ruined a wooden floor and windows. I had to pay out of pocket for the floor installation, due to no climate control on that side of house, with the statement of I would be reimbursed from the floor totaled paid. That was not done due to they got way overpaid for the previous work done and my policy exhausted! Now it has been months since the window issue has been being worked on. They came 3 days, put in 7 of 9 windows and then discovered that they didn't have the right equipment to complete job. Now I am being told they wont come back until Sept 12. They have gotten paid by the insurance company already and so h

This company is amazing. After I came home to a foot of water in my finished basement, they came out to my home at 7pm at night and pumped the water out annd set up industrial size dehumidifiers until 2:30am! Then, they returned at 8am the next morning!!! They removed the heavy wet carpet and all the wet materials as well as cut up the wet drywall and trim. A young man, Trace, came both days and came back again on Sunday to check on the moisture and remove the dehumidifiers by himself. All of the employees including their supervisor were very compassionate and respectful. Phone numbers were exchanged for contact and follow up. This journey has just begun but, what an amazing team to be on this wild ride with. Thank you, Belfor. You’re all amazing!!!! I went from tears of anxiety

My basement carpet was soaked and smelled strongly of urine. My insurance company sent out Belfor Restoration (Middletown PA) immediately. Trace and Larry tore out the carpet looking for the source. Huge fans were set out to dry the basement. Trace came out 3 days in a row to inspect the progress. This happened over a weekend!! Talk about service! If I had to rate the service from 1 to 5, it would be a 100! I HIGHLY recommend Belfor!!!!!!!

The one star is for Bill Hall. His lack of communication and ghosting throughout this process was unprofessional and poor behavior. 6:00pm 9/24/2025- I contacted Belfor through their online interface regarding water damage in our basement from a storm that night. I was contacted by Martin at Belfor almost immediately. Martin said he would send someone out to assess the damage. 8:50 9/25/2025- Bill from Belfor called me to tell me he would be out to my property to assess the damage to my home. 9/25/2025- Bill came to assess our water damage. He says he will be in contact. 10/2/2025- We reached out to Bill via email to get the estimates to clear up the water damage. We had yet to hear from Bill until this point. 10/3/2025- We did not receive a reply from Bill. We filed another form on t

We thank the Belfor Property Restoration group as they came in and access the situation, checked out what needed to be done for the hanging gutters and we are well pleased with their work. We will contact the Belfor group to complete gutter Repair and Restoration. We Thank them for their work and service.
