Family Comfort Carpet and Upholstery Dry Cleaning

Carpet cleaned in October 2025 and still looks great in December 2025. Samuel was thorough, careful and let us know when he was running a little late. We will call him whenever our carpets need to be cleaned.

We recently bought a new house. After the move-in, the carpets looked old, stained, and just plain terrible. Samuel, owner of Family Comfort and a lovely, congenial person, made them look fabulous again. We recommend him 100%.

Samuel was very professional, efficient and personable. He was quick to complete the job — I was able to run a quick errand while he finished my move out carpet cleaning! It isn’t a $89 flat rate as I was told by the hotline, but pricing was still less than many other quotes I received, I would definitely hire again!

08/14/2020: After a late start,* I am very pleased with the result. Samuel worked fast and did a great job to clean my mother's 5 rooms, stairways, and hall. I also got the rugs sanitized and deodorized, which added extra cost to the coupon deal, but it was worth it. *Late start: I was told upon booking "1-3 pm arrival," but actual was ~3:45 after I called after 3. Samuel said the arrival time was 2-4 pm. Ok, whatever. It would be good business, however, to be consistent in expected time(s) communicated to customer. I would give a slight reduction in rating (to 4.8) due to timeliness, but overall, very satisfied with work and staff. The work got done and results are clean, smells good, all good!

Samuel just did my 4 bedrooms, living room and 30 stairs and my carpets look AMAZING! For having 3 teenagers, I would have never expected them to look so good! On time, priced reasonably (and he confirmed the price with me when he got here so NO HIDDEN COSTS). Highly recommended!
