Can't say enough about our great experience with HK&B. From the design to the installation, it went smoothly. The construction led by Nate went seamlessly. He explained every detail and asked my opinion on different ways of doing the installation, always explaining my choices. Anytime I had questions, Kate, our project manager answered them quickly. She too, took the time explain our options and the various ways of doing things. You can't go wrong with HK&B. Phots below 2 before HK&B and the after. What an improvement.

Awesome job from start to finish. Tim ("the Great") and Kate were most helpful every step of the way, from design to final pictures of our bathroom remodel. The installation crew was also outstanding; they worked long hours on our project, and made sure the agreed-upon deadline was met. Would highly recommend HKB!!!

They rescued me from a botched up, incomplete bathroom job done by another contractor. The team I worked with was great, especially Amy. She got me thru what had been a very difficult situation and worked with me and their team to make sure the outcome met my expectations both aesthetically and financially. They exceeded in flying colors! My new shower is beautiful!! Thank you to Amy, as well as Nate and his crew for the beautiful work done.

Bad experience with the sales process for doing a kitchen. The process was drawn out over months, and I never got concrete answers about the scope of the work. Any questions or concerns took weeks to be addressed. I never felt any urgency or importance even after depositing a design retainer. I didn’t feel comfortable making a huge purchase with a lot of uncertainty in the air & months of waiting...

Very knowledgeable about bathrooms. Very good at helping to narrow down a selection to make.
