TruGreen Lawn Care

We pre paid for a year’s service when they called with their special offer. Inspite of this they charged us an extra 300$ for the lawn and 150$ for the tree and bush. They are a bunch of cheats. When one of their agents called me up for me to restart my service and I explained to her why I canceled it , she did not even defend them. I felt that was a proof of their sly business practices!!! SO BEWARE!!

Service was performed on my neighbors property. I get the paper via e-mail that the service was performed on my property. I have the video to prove it. Tech never came to my door either as we were home. Therefore, I didn't get any service. So, below I selected service not listed. I also have video that when TruGreen did perform service, they didn't do the entire yard. Skipped about 1/2 of it.

We were told a few weeks ago that that, was our last treatment for the year. Then out of the blue we got the text that they were coming to do a treatment on Monday. I don't know what they did if anything until I get home to check the report. It has been so dry. I can't imagine any treatment would be effective. I'll be calling someone to find out what is going on.

My lawn doesnt look any better then it did a year ago. I called last month to cancel and was told I was paid up until October. Today I got a bill for $65 in the mail for an additional application. I called and was given some convoluted story about the number of applications vs the length of the contract (orig told 1 year). I canceled my service.

Josh Brommer did an excellent job today. Enjoyed talking with him. He explained things very well and demonstrated to me he really understands my situation. Great visit today! Bob Della-Croce
