Invisible Fence Brand

After our consultation with Jennica we decided to go for our new system install. Jennica was very accommodating and explained a lot to us about how everything works. Today was our installation and Brett came to complete the install and the initial training. Both of them were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Brett even took time to play with my boy to get him more comfortable since he is more iffy with males. They both were great with my pup and would highly recommend Invisible Fence based off my experiences so far. Can’t wait to finish training to let my Sunny boy out and run!

Brett did a fantastic job with Luna! He walked us through everything with the installation. I totally recommend Brett!!!! He cares for dogs and does such a good job for him. I will totally recommend Invisible Fence to friends and family! Especially Brett! Thank you for installing our fence Brett!

Cricket AKA BRETT, came over and did an absolutely stand up job! We thought our collar wasn’t working but it turned out there was a line break which he discovered and fixed up for us. Our dog got corrected and became fearful of the fence and Cricket stayed back and spent some extra time helping to get him warmed up and more comfortable. Said he couldn’t leave our dog feeling like that, which shows that he really cares about what he does and the dogs he meets! He was also just super friendly and fun to have around!

We had a great experience with Ernie from Invisible Fence. He was professional, worked neatly and efficiently, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also fantastic with our dog — patient, kind, and really knowledgeable about the training process. We couldn’t be happier with how the invisible fence turned out and highly recommend him to anyone considering one!

Review Would highly NOT recommend Invisible Fence Brand. They partially completed a repair to our system, leaving a wire exposed that allowed our dog to get entangled and tear her ACL (despite us warning that this could happen and after three cancelled appointments to fix). When we simply asked for help with her medical bills they offered a mere $300 refund of service fee (if we signed disclosure agreement) leaving us with the rest of the medical cost (almost $9000). Hard to believe they market that they help your pet when they care more about their profits than their customers. We’ve since removed the system ourselves. We’ll find other “safer” containment options for our dog! Good riddance.
