We had a 20+ year old water heater that started leaking after business hours . I tried turning off the valve supplying the water but it too was ancient and would not shut off the water supply completely. So, options were to let it continue leaking until the next day, or call a plumber after hours and pay emergency repairs price. Furnace, and washer dryer were in the line of water as it flowed into the floor drain, so opted for emergency service. Bergsma sent out a plumber within a couple hours even though they had several calls and it was getting late. Charge was $250 for the service call and an additional $350 for the work performed. We had a pvc pipe break that was connected to our well water pressure tank. It was spraying water. We called on Sunday night and had a plumber out to us Monday morning due to being able to shut the water and power off with no further issues. We had Matthew G. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As first time homeowners we are still learning the maintenance aspect of it and he helped me with a couple of quick things I should know. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and their Plumber Matthew G. Any needs I have in the future they are my first call. Highly suggest them.

I called Bergsma for a leak in my shower and they sent someone out same day! My technician was Matthew (with 2 last names, lol) and he was AMAZING! For a single female, I felt completely comfortable, and he didn't treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. He was super professional, put his little booties on the second he entered my house. He was clean, kind, extremely knowledgable. He took his time to make sure we were locating the problem. He then explained to me what he was seeing and what his recommendations were. All conversation about the leak and talk of pricing was very transparent. I am super happy with my experience, THANK YOU SO MUCH MATTHEW!!! :)

We’ve used Bergsma twice in the last 2 months for unrelated instances, and both experiences have been fantastic! Aaron saved us in January while Chris was out here tonight, and both gentlemen were VERY knowledgeable in explaining & resolving the problems right away. Ideally this is the end of our plumbing issues for a while, but Bergsma will be our first call in the future!

Had a garage utility sink and basement bathroom rough in by Bergsma. Dave and Clayton were on the install team. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Showed how to winterize the garage sink. They did very clean work. Will look to them to perform the final trim work and future plumbing needs. Thanks again!
