Mr. Roof Grand Rapids

Had our siding done with Mr. Roof and all I can say is, don't. It was several months late with zero communication, cost more than expected, work was sloppy, and the crew used our yard as a bathroom.

They did a great job, they explained what they found and was very professional. The roof looks great and they were done in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone. The price was a good surprise. Great job

Mr. Roof replaced my roof on 11/13/2025. They not only met, but beat the best of 3 quotes. Wayne was great to work with in the sales department and took care of my referral. When he submitted the referral, I got an immediate call from Mr. Roof because they didn’t catch that it was a referral and wanted to know how they could help with any issue. I really appreciated the quick response. The men were done after dark and the next morning I noticed something that had been listed as an extra service hadn’t been done. I called and it was immediately taken care of! Everyone was GREAT to work with!

From start to finish, Mr Roof was very easy to work with and very informative. The crew that did our roof was very thorough. They did a great job repairing some bad spots and making our roof look amazing. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure no nails were left behind in the driveway. The manager made sure we knew about some leaks around the exterior of our chimney and even climbed up to get pictures for us to see what we needed to repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Updated 4/3/24 (Long read) (original review) The speed of the work was good. Their speed leaving was understood when I began looking at the roof. There is visible damage to the fascia and exposed wood. (All of this is clearly visible from the ground.) They also broke through the ceiling in my hallway. They offered to have someone come and quote it, but told me to "tape some cardboard over it for now" and left me to clean up the mess. During construction, my back flood light was broken. I was told "We don't fix those. We'll take $80 off your bill because we don't pay for anything super expensive either.". So they paid for a mid range flood light (that I need to go purchase) and told me to fix it myself. I was referred to them from a coworker, but if this issue is not remedied, I would not
