I recently made two purchases with Mor Electric Heating and could not be happier. My first purchase was online and it was the under desk floor mat heater. My work area gets very cold in the winter and it keeps me very toasting. I have had no problems with the mat as it is low wattage and it keeps working great everyday. My next purchase was an electric sonic pest repellent. I had purchased on for my garage as I live in the country. It worked so good I called customer service and purchased two more for my cottage up north. The gal that answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful. We ordered 2 thermostats from Mor Electric. When they arrived we were disappointed with them. We contacted the customer service department. Lisa Robbins was quick to resolve the situation. She sent replacement thermostats right away. Lisa had arranged for UPS to pick up the original thermostats. Unfortunately, the UPS driver picked up one of our recent Amazon delivery boxes instead :) Lisa discovered that she now had our seat cushions. Thankfully Lisa sprang into action returning our seat cushions and picking up the original thermostats. Thank you Lisa. We highly recommend Mor Electric!

Did multiple transactions with them directly even though items were available from big sellers like Amazon. Bob, Phil and Lisa were all amazing, Prompt and knowledgeable. Saved on the units, quick shipping, and even when I ordered the wrong part by mistake they took the units back and swapped out the correct ones. Nice to see small companies providing great service at competitive prices.
